When did those people apply?
They requested ADR from me in December, yet still haven't looked at it as per GCMS.
so my application has been in windsor for 6 months, meaning I've been in security for 6 months even though it's not comprehensive
The gcms notes are every 3-4 months, so it shows you how slow they are.

They have applied in June even after me but they got their decision already and to note their office was Winnipeg and Windsor.

And its have been pass 690 days or 22 months and 21 days.
My AOR was April 4, 2023. but I did submit on Feb 28, 2023.

I did get extend my work permit until end of 2027 but that is not solution.
I don't know what to say and what to think. I just want my suffering come to end, regardless of if I am rejected or accepted for the PR at this point I don't care.

What's the issue? Did you try to contact your local MP about it some people are talking about contacting through MP would help. Are you not willing to file writ of mandamus!?

Filed complete application on 23 july 2023, got Aor on 28 nov 2023 and never received ADR. Security started 12 aug 2024. I am going to file mandamus by the end of March that's when I pass 20 months. Could you tell when was your security started?

2. Follow Up with IRCC: If you are inside Canada, you can call IRCC’s client support center at 1-888-242-2100. Alternatively, use the IRCC web form to request an update on your application.
3. Local MP Assistance: Contacting your Member of Parliament (MP) can sometimes help in escalating your case. MPs can inquire with IRCC on your behalf.
4. Stay Proactive: Ensure all additional requested documentation is submitted promptly (if applicable).
5. Monitor the PR Tracker and GCKey Portal: Sometimes one system updates before the other, so check both regularly for any changes.
Processing times for applications can vary, and Info Sharing or Security can be lengthy, especially if external agencies are involved. However, your completed eligibility, criminality, and biometrics are positive indicators that your application is progressing.

Thank you so much for your detailed response to my earlier post—it was incredibly helpful. I’ve followed all your recommendations, but unfortunately, nothing has yielded any results so far.

Here’s what I’ve done:

1. Requested GCMS Notes:
   I’ve requested my GCMS notes twice, in October and December 2024, with 60 days between each request. Both notes contained identical information. The last two entries read as follows:

     I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following.
     ACTION ITEMS:
     GENERAL RESULTS: MEDICALS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS
     FOSS/GCMS check:
     • PA: No adverse info. Principal applicant currently holds valid status in Canada. Status until: Implied Status-Work Permit In Progress.
2. Followed Up with IRCC:
   I’ve called the IRCC support line and submitted inquiries via the web form, but I’ve only received generic responses.
3. Contacted My MP:
   I reached out to my local MP for assistance, but their inquiry hasn’t led to any progress either.

Despite all these efforts, my Info Sharing has remained "In Progress" since August 16, 2024, marked as "Ready to be Assessed," and my Security Check hasn’t started.

Additional Context:

• I passed my medical exam in late September 2024. Since then, there has been no movement on my file.
• I’ve never lived or visited countries other than Chile and Canada, and I’ve only traveled once to the U.S. with my family for a one-week vacation in 2023.
• My case seems very straightforward, but I’m at a loss as to why there hasn’t been any progress.

I’m feeling incredibly anxious and running out of ideas. If you have any further thoughts or suggestions, I’d greatly appreciate them. Thank you again for your time and for taking the trouble to read and respond to this follow-up.
