I have a couple of questions on the impact of responding to an NOI on an express entry profile. Essentially I'm confused about what happens to the EE profile and when / if it is removed from the EE pool.
Apologies in advance if this has been asked and answered - I haven't found it here yet.
1 - If you respond to the NOI by applying through a provinces website, does your EE profile remain in the pool whilst your application is considered?
2 - If you are lucky enough to get a nomination from a province, how are the 600 points added to your profile? Is this something you have to do yourself or do they update your profile
3 - Are you able to decline the PNP once you have gained it if for example you were likely to have the points needed to get an invite without the PNP. I know at this point it makes little sense to do so, other than for mobility in Canada that maybe important to some.
