whats the difference between SVR ( in progress or sent for source verification) ? are they the same? thanks...my status in SVR is in progress...

My documents has just reached the university, and when contacted the university, they told me that in august they are closed, so it won't be possible to complete and sign my documents so I will have to wait for the first week of september.

ECFMG has sent the docs on 2 July. On September 2 it's 60 days from the day the docs are sent for source verification. ECFMG states that if they don't receive the docs from the univesrity in 60 days, they will resend the documents to the university for source erification.

My concern is that since I won't be able to send the documents to ECFMG within 60 days (only after 2 of september), ECFMG will resend them to university for source verification and the process will be repeated and it will take at least 2 more months until the docs are sent to ECFMG by the university.

Please advice me how to act?

Ur institution is closed-that's bad luck for you.i think follow up immediately after it open not to be delayed more and dont think about 2nd mail from ECFMG

Inform MCC and they will inform ECFMG.

Respond to the first mail that your institution received. Otherwise, there will be further delay. Try to send the documents by courier from your institution. It will reduce the verification time.
