My university received ECFMG request by normal mail with sending back envelop it will be okay If my college send it through DHL / FEDEX not using ECFMG sending back envelop.

My university received ECFMG request by normal mail with sending back envelop it will be okay If my college send it through DHL / FEDEX not using ECFMG sending back envelop.

I was discouraged for that as college and ECFMG want to maintain the integrity of the verification without any other evolvement. May be others who did that and we're successful can guide further.

It is not wise to involve any 3rd party in the process of Source Verification as mentioned by Wash an. However, if your institute will send by courier, please ensure the following address and the sender should be your institute:

EICS (ECFMG International Credentials Services)
ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates)

no need for hec i think..just notary is sufficient. along with requiremnets of mcc

No need to send orignal documents.as it is mentioned in MCC website that mcc will not be responsible for any orignal documents.so only photocopies required

create account, pay fees , Add documents in source verification ( MBBS degree) , take the print out of covering letter, take the print out of consent form, confirmation of identity form, MBBS, passport & get them all attested (photocopy of MBBS, Passport), confirmation of identity form, of course should be original, and get them attested by Notary Public or any Embassy (counselor section). Canadian Embassy no longer attests any of educational document except confirmation of identity form.

Once attestation is done, send all these papers/documents to medical council Canada. Once they received, they will scan your documents which can be seen in your MCC Account. Further, you can follow up with status of your applications. Once your MBBS is verified... you can request for ECA report through your account after paying additional fees.
