my application received date was 1st December , I just sent CIC fee payment form with revised CC details . actually my CC got blocked because of some technical issue and i got new CC so had to send them revised form.

i still feel that this NOC did not reached the Cap limit when my application was received

If Cap is reached, do CIC notify it by mail before sending back the application package.
Up to Mid december 2014, CIC published the application received status [approximately 850, combining the processing ones and completed ones]. Could not undersyand why they published that; especially if Cap reached in October.

I'm also 19 / Dec applicant in same NOC 1123. Till date DD is not encased.
Waiting for some good news. I believe " No news is a good news ". It seems currently this NOC is on hold for unknown reasons. Trust on almighty and pray for all...

Yes - I have seen CIC revert to several people in this forum by mail before the package is returned.
The last CIC update I remember seeing for 1123 was 482 complete and another 340 to be reviewed. so yes, the cap was not reached on 31st December either. If you have not heard from them in the next 1 month or so, please send them and email and ask for the status, possibly ask where your package which reached them on XYZ date through ABC courier is in what status? That should be polite enough and direct enough for them to answer.

This is just an assumption...when CAP is reached,they return the applications unopened.. In most of the current application that has been returned under 1123, they have opened it and due to incomplete application they are returning them back stating cap is filled as there is no point of sending a complete application again....I might be wrong but hopeful that those who have sent a complete package still have a chance. May the force be with us.

I dont know what is the situation, They have to open application package even if the cap is full. Atleast to remove our address label to send us

In 4011 NOC some one member has claimed that CIC has told them NOC is not capped till december. 1123 is having almost same trend as 4011.

Some also replied that the call center agent dont have any info regarding cap status. Any information provided is unofficial.

well... my question is; why wud cic udate the cap status on 16th dec 2014, if it was already filled up by oct? there is probably some unknown pause. whatsoever the reason is lets pray for each other and hope for the best!!!

Just confirmed news to share with everyone.

One of the applicants for NOC 1123 who had applied in 22nd Dec got his DD encashed.
So please do not lose hope.

Hey its big relief to all who applied for NOC 1123 as there are some posts which said it is capped by Oct end... i hope this is correct and accurate that dec applicant got DD encashed
