NOC 0631 Post 26/6 Applicants

Well its under NOC 0631. And this is really bad on CIC that they say the CAP is 498 as on Dec 05. somebody might assume its still open and Waste money and time on it

even when i submitted my file last March the cap was around 970 approx...
So chill and party dude...

I have experience from Aramark 2001-2003 and got a reference letter from them. Their format does not include the Salary or the number of hrs worked per week. 1) Will I make the CAP
2) If i make the cap will my exp from Aramark count

The CHC ND has done all the verifications in my case and requested an explanation letter seeking clarification regarding the inconsistencies in my case (as there were a few things differently said on the verification call by me & my employer). Sent the necessary explanation letter and a supporting letter along with another reference letter and salary certificates to the VO. This was done more than a month ago. But still my ecas shows RBVO. Any valuable inputs as to why its taking so long from our seniors is appreciated.
 
Well its been that kind of a year where its diff to chill. Got my L1 petition denied twice. And the irony is people who have just 1 year exp with my company got through and r in US now. I have 4 + yr exp with this company. Hoping this one clicks for me

Hey Spicysank,

I am sorry to be contradicting you here. But the thruth is that CIC is running a HUGE backlog on this batch (MI3) unlike your batch (MI2). So the max that I can see the CAP for 0631 pulling thru is till end of Sep. That too being conservative. So Nov is a far cry.

Sujeetss, while waiting for your appl in FSW, I urge you to also look at other options. Like quebec or PNP etc. I am sorry to dissappoint you, but had to telll you what I know. You may utilise this waiting period in a more productive way. Hence I shared buddy.

sujeetss your colleagues got through to Canada or US? Just curious to know as we are the same NOC.

Robin...you will get your MR very soon. And NDVO takes a bit of time in this because it is the only VO that asks you for the passport as well while asking for MR and your landing fees. Just keep track of the speadsheet on the other thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/july-01-2011-fsw-applicantsmi-3-t74992.0.html;new and you will know exactly when to expect your MR. You can just keep track of when RKC gets it, and then yours will follow.

Thank you very much for all your good wishes. I am eagerly awaiting for RKC's MR request, wherein I will have a hope that mine is on the way.

But why my Ecas status not changed yet still it shows in process and "received your application on xxxxxx" whereas for some it shows RBVO.

If this is any consolation to you Robin, I got my file number....UCI...my bank draft has been encashed...the lady at the call centre said they have sent a mail....but till today I cannot login to ECAS. So like Big O says....ECAS is like reading yday's newspaper. Dont you worry on account of ECAS!! Really buddy!
