NOC 0631 Post 26/6 Applicants

hi all,

my sister applied in category 0631 in march 2011, but she did not get any file number . She got a mail asking for payment to be done in september 2011. after that what should she wait for?
please anyone explain the "new" process and steps for immigration and how much time will her application take? how to get the file number?

What communication has she rcvd? HAs she got a request for paying the landing fees? If its for payment of landing fees, she must have got request for her medicals too? Do respond with these details so its easier to setermine what stage she is in right now, and what she should expect going forward.
 
uzmamansoor: the first thing I thought of was "is this woman using a consultant or doing her own application?" If through a consultant I would want to ensure everything was legitimate. Ask consultant for file number, etc. If doing application on her own, wouldn't there be a file number indicated on the mail requesting payment???? Good Luck.

Nice to see you back on the forum infact i was just thinking about you yesterday. I got my MR PPR & RPRF on 15th Nov completed med on 19th nov & despatched every thing yesterday on 22nd Nov....

lots of our mates have got MR,PPR & RPRF requests......namely Me, Yawanika, Sonir, Nurhia, etc....

I have applied under noc 0631. My app was received on Nov 10th. I guess it might not make the CAP. Other thing is right now I work as a Telecom Engineer. I have experience from Aramark 2001-2003 and got a reference letter from them. Their format does not include the Salary or the number of hrs worked per week. It just mentions the duuration 2001-2003 as Location Supervisor.

I have 2 questions

1) Will I make the CAP
2) If i make the cap will my exp from Aramark count

Hello Sujeetss...I am Sep 14th applicant for 0631 and not sure if I made the CAP. Its at 498 as of yday!

About your Aramark exp. Which NOC category does it fall under? Is it in the new NOC 29 list?

Odin...cud you give us a feel of the job scene there for 0631s? Did you manage a survival job before you landed a job in your own field? Generally update us on if we can survive there please?
