charging is done on basis of completeness check being completed from the "Stack of all FSWP2014 Applications". By several analyst as well as information available on the forums, it is well evidenced that there is just one stack of all fSwp 2014 applications irrespective of NOC. Because previously some forum members thought that there is separate stack of each NOC, which is not correct. So, it is completely logical that there is a big chance of occurance that during particular week there wasn't any application of our NOC received. You are right that charging is not happening on our NOC. But there is extremely little chance of capping of our cold NOC.

Latest charge date of our NOC is 19th December. Which means that upto 19th of December our NOC was not capped.
Yes there is a possibility that at the moment our NOCs applications that were received after 19th December are burried under other NOCs applications which were received during these last days of 20-31 December.

George even i agree that your analysis is very perfect...i was also worried about the cap earlier but according to the CIC news they had 227 applicants with pr by 12th December and 125 approx for MI...So i dont think in next 20 days there would be a cap on our NOC...Still bcoz of the slow process its obvious for everybody to panic now....I am also desperate to know my status now....

I am 19th Dec applicant and I found out that my DD which was from the TD Canadian bank was cashed on 13th Feb and I check it with bank three times!!!!!!!. Don't worry, actually I had not job offer letter in my application, but maybe something that make my application different was my last year trip to Canada for about 1 month, I think it was a positive point in my application but I am not sure!!!!!!
I hope this week we can receive good news.

My application was received on 17 Dec 14 and have been checking with the bank for DD encashment status. As of 25th Feb 15 it has still not been encashed.

Since 10 weeks is over since the application was received, I tried calling CIC yesterday.. initially was unable to choose any options and it kept on repeating the automatic message.

then after calling again i could choose the options and it said all the consultants are busy and was on hold for long time.. then the call again got transferred to automatic message were it is asking to choose options and asking for UCI number..

I am actually calling to get the UCI number and find out the status.. it is getting cut after that. Was unable to connect to any consultant.

there are suggestions in the internet to call them early in the morning.. does anyone know the location of CIC is it Ontario or Nova Scotia?

CIC is in Nova Scotia

after your call connect you should use the options as 1111131 after this it will ask for the application number just enter # and then 1 to confirm then it will ask for year of birth and then again 1 to confirm. Now if there are any operator free the system will ask you to hold for some time, otherwise it will inform you about huge rush and the call will disconnect.

Dear All,
I am new to this forum and I did apply from the UAE for 0113 and I was charged on the 28th FEB on my CC for an amount of 1400 CAD......Whoever says 0113 is capped is kidding, this is a very cold NOC and I reckon each one of you will be in ... Don't loose hope.
