NOC 0113 Purchasing Manger

Hi,

My application was received on 17 Dec 14 and have been checking with the bank for DD encashment status. As of 25th Feb 15 it has still not been encashed. Continuing to wait...

Since 10 weeks is over since the application was received, should i call to check the status. Please help out..

I am 26th December Applicant , but still not received any reponse . Does anybody has an idea about the cap of NOC 0113 . How many applications have been received & processed till today .

Call CIC.
Moreover, your payment mode is CC or DD? Because in case of DD it is normal to have this delay. There is possiblity that you will directly get PER without knowing that your DD is encashed or not.

Yes you should call CIC to know the status of your application.

Moreover, your payment mode is CC or DD? Because in case of DD it is normal to have this delay. There is possiblity that you will directly get PER without knowing that your DD is encashed or not.

Everyday I see a new 0113 applicant coming up. I wonder if our cold NOC has been capped. Also no charging has happened in our category recently.

You should confirm from your courier service the exact delivery date of your application. CIC will also ask about it if you call them. CIC accepted applications till 12 pm on 24 Dec. After that applications were accepted on 29 Dec. No charging has happened after 15 Dec in our category I guess.

charging is done on basis of completeness check being completed from the "Stack of all FSWP2014 Applications". By several analyst as well as information available on the forums, it is well evidenced that there is just one stack of all fSwp 2014 applications irrespective of NOC. Because previously some forum members thought that there is separate stack of each NOC, which is not correct. So, it is completely logical that there is a big chance of occurance that during particular week there wasn't any application of our NOC received. You are right that charging is not happening on our NOC. But there is extremely little chance of capping of our cold NOC.

Latest charge date of our NOC is 19th December. Which means that upto 19th of December our NOC was not capped.
Yes there is a possiblity that at the moment our NOCs applications that were received after 19th December are burried under other NOCs applications which were received during these last days of 20-31 december.

How they (NDVO) verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

Hi I am 17th December applicant , as I previously mentioned that my DD is encashed, but now I have some doubt about that because I have a friend in SCB and he is working there as an IT consultant . He asked someone to check my DD. That third person informed him that when he searched by my DD number he found otstanding balance was zero that means my DD is encashed but now I am watching some new forumist who are as like me but they have no news and one guy 19th December applicant charged but I dont know about his job offer letter, because he sent his application from CANADA .Now I am so confused and disappointed.We are thinking our NOC is cool but every day new people are coming in this forum. :-\ :-\ :-\
