Hello everyone!

So I'm a JJC to these things. I'm just glad there's such a forum as this.
I recently received my LAA, however I have a few issues I would like this forum to address for me.
First is, the issue of statement of account. How long are the funds meant to reflect in my account.
Secondly, going by past threads, I see that most of the contributors have Close Relative ties to Manitoba. To my knowledge, I have no family in Manitoba. I have just a friend - how am I supposed to show my relationship with her when attaching my documents in the process of completing my application?

i applied July 13th 2013 online, got my sponsor interview 1st week May 2015, got the approval letter mail dated 28th May 2015 on the 29th of May 2015.

My sponsor is a close friend.

No documents is required. Your friend needs to fill the settlement part of the application.

@ amablis well u can use 6 month statement, or 3 month statement of account, d main tin they want there is ur 1.5 million naira thats if u are single, but if u are married, 2million naira, anyway when i did mine u used 2 month statement, what there really after is d last money u put, and how u run d account

since u said ur sponsor is ur friend, d easy document u can attach is the persons drivers licence, it will be part of d documents u will upload to the, tell ur sponsor to send u his or her drivers licence, that will show that u no each other

thanks for your prompt response, na wah...God help us...no sweat, we have no choice, we will pay...but im almost tempted to use bank draft to cut cost, but that will delay my application...ok oh... ;D

my people, another thing...i have the latest version of adobe reader, but find that not all the CIC pdf forms are opening. while some open, quite a few do not...pls what can i do cos i cant view a few of the forms. also there are some forms that are not applicable to me like the use of representative form, or the common law partner forms, my question is, do i ignore those forms not applicable to me and not print them out at all, or do i print them out and find space to fill not applicable on the forms?...your response is seriously appreciated
