Hello, personal history means you are not claiming points for it right? If you are not claiming points from it then it shouldn't matter.

it means you need to go to the registry to ask how you can register your marriage. I had a church wedding then went to the registry to finalize it.(register). To whom it may concern is okay cos you don't really know where the letter will be read, so just leave it has to whom it may concern it is neutral.

I used my nysc to claim one year, I simply stated I was paid 19800 and my letter was from the local govt.

Okay, so did you highlight payments from the federal government or you didn't show any proof of payment?

Then it's in progress. Once it's completed, the status will read the same. Nothing to be worried about as far as info sharing is concerned, provided you've declared visa refusals to other countries - if any.
