My hubby actually is the principal applicant. he is a mechanical Engr and applying under noc 7312. we did alot of consultations from friends who have applied already. I think we have done the needful. let God take charge of the rest.

Very correct. But then it depends on individual reasons and determination. If you are guaranteed of the PR within the frame work of your plan...why not. Canadian cert is da bomb. Gbam!
