just check gc key, it shows current status updated but no email and no new messages

Good for you! It means something is happening to your application.

Guys have anyone here experienced delays in getting the COPR email itself? My application has been approved as of Oct 27th on the portal, but I have not received the official COPR email yet, so I can't even apply for the PR card. Is it normal for my email to be so delayed?

Yes it is normal, my application was completed on the 13th of Oct and the copr documents started showing in my gckey same day but I didn't get the letter until on the 21

Something wierd has happened and i want to understand if someone else faced the same. I had mailed mine and my wife Landing doc with photo in a single envelope on 25th August. I tried linking the card on profile. I was able to do mine but not my wife's. Today I finally recieved my PR card but not my wife's. Anyone else faced this issue?

It means they just opened your envelope and they got star strucked by your picture inside.
