For Proof of Education, there was only one slot to upload. Did anyone else merge their Letters for Graduation and Official Transcript? Cuz doing so invalidates the transcript. This is ok??

Its recommended to fill on computer. Especially this 130 form. Download some pdf editors to do it

You need to upload LOE's at medical or PCC, not anywhere else, it won't let you proceed.

Also what’s the difference between proof of study and proof of authorization of study

Proof of study is your degree or diploma

Proof of authoritzation is your study permit
