More than likely, yes wala na sila hihingin. However, the background check and verification never ends until you get your PR {few people think the vetting stops the moment the NA appears on the website, but that is not really true. They re-check and double check - even triple check applications they've already vetted.} . So if in that course they see another issue, they will let you know. But suffice it to say, for now you're good. The "major" issues have been resolved. There is only a very, very small probability they will ask for more.

Guys question lang po
Paano po i fill up yung appendix b?yung wife kopo yung principal applicant, ako po yung husband at may isang dependent..ang question kopo is dun sa appendix b?per applicant po yung pag filled up ng appendix b?sa applicant po ba na column ako or yung wife kopo?tapos yung anak ko po ba isang appendix b na form na sya lang nakalagay?salamat po ng marami sa makakasagot kse dikopo alam gagawin ko 1week nalng po para maipasa namin yung passport namin.sabi nila pag mali daw po uulit daw po sa vfs...tapos pano po yung signature ni misis sa appendix b?salamat po

Hi good morning! finally we are PR and we already done in our PDOS and booked our flight.

Yung flight po namin ay from Philippines-Narita Tokyo -Detroit USA- Toronto

Do we need transit visa po ba pag-enter namin sa US? 5 hrs lang naman po ang layover bago yung flight namin papuntang Toronto. Delta Airline po kami nagpabook. thanks in advance po sa sasagot.

I copied and pasted it onto microsoft word and then filled it for my husband which i sent him to print. Another alternative is to export it as PDF and then fill it in use adobe reader.
I believe it is one form you fill because children are already mentioned anyways.

Try to change up the flight, they wont be allowed to enter US without visa and they will most likely need to recheck in their luggage again in US. Its a really bad time for people not legally allowed to enter US right now... US immigration has been giving a hard time to people..

Im not too sure. My husband printed out the form and then signed it. But i had filled in all the necessary information via comp. he just signed it. My husband is the PA so he signs everything..

Keep checking your email.. mycic never informed me my husband had additional docs.. even after they requested for AOM (not original) via email it was still the same on mycic so just keep checking email as well!

As far as rules go, yes you need a US Transit Visa. If you can find a way to go to Canada without landing on US soil, that would be better. OR, get a US transit visa from the US embassy and show the immigration officer your Canadian Visa and COPR. They will more than likely grant you the visa (but then youll be facing US embassy waiting times, etc).

Principal applicant is the sponsored person. So the principal applicant is the one who needs to sign the appendix b form, not the sponsor.

Hi, I have name discrepancy kasi on my BC and so they'd like to see more identifications like:

• Original Baptismal Cert, Secondary Permanent School Record, Voter's ID

• AOM - one showing name on my civil doc and one with the name I have been using

• NBI - one showing name on my civil doc and one with the name I have been using

salamat.. malapit ka na pala talga... nasa security and criminal check ka na.. baka this month ppr ka na

As stated above, Sponsor is the one initiating the petition -- the one who is a Canadian PR or a Canadian Citizen. The "Principal Applicant" is the one being petitioned (and in cases of outland sponsorship, the "Principal Applicant" is the one living abroad {the one living outside Canada}). In your case, the way I understand it, you are the Principal Applicant (as you are the one being sponsored/petitioned and the one living in Manila) and your wife is the Sponsor (the one living in Canada). With regards to your concern, you as the PA will need to see which parts you need to sign especially in the forms. I am assuming you are referring to Appendix B {Police Clearances request}, in this case, you the principal Applicant would need to sign it because it is you who needs to undergo a background check.

Agreed, getting a transit visa takes time and money, its not even worth it! plus US immigration has been so tough on people lately

i dont believe the TRV refusal will affect your sponsorship....madami dito couples na nareject din sa visitor visa

I used my wifes TRV refusal letter to explain why we are not living together and why we do not have any documents showing we live at the same address
