Hello guys. Request some advice for my situation (NDVO application) -

My COPR and PRV had expired in 2020. In November 2021, I received an extension, which said that I should apply for fresh COPR and PRV. What is the process to apply for fresh COPR and PRV? I checked with VFS but they are not aware of this process. I have raised a query on the webform too but no reply yet. The extension is about to expire and I'm very worried.

Any advice would be very helpful.

HI, I have a name change on TRV situation and have mailed necessary documents to Delhi Immigration based on their advice.

I have updated my Indian passport and expanded my last name which was earlier just initials on coming to India. As my old passport contained the valid TRV with my old name, I was not allowed by airlines to travel back to Canada.. I checked with Delhi CHC and have applied for a Replacement TRV VISA using the Verification of Status Document(IMM5009e) explaining my situation and paid the replacement fee etc. I am already on a PGWP status..

Has anyone been in a similar boat such as name change on TRV? As per the immigration official in Delhi CHC, I have followed these steps and sent them all the documents via mail to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca

I had a few questions and have been really stressed about the whole situation:
1. How long does it take to get a passport request for TRV stamping?
2. Does Delhi CHC respond to mails as applications? I couldn't find a way of adding the application in the online portal.
3. How to track status of imm5009e applications?

Any help is deeply appreciated, thanks!

I completed my International student VISA application on January 27, 2022 for SEP 2022 IN TAKE. Till now I don't receive any PPR or VISA decision form IRCC. I am regularly checking my account with my GC KEY. Only my medicals ( Passed the medical ) and Biometric ( Completed ) details are updated in it. but students those who applied on February 02,2022 got the PPR. If any one know why this is happening ? Also please advice me what to do next? Please help me

I got married last March. I had informed IRCC about that and have received an email asking to upload below documents:

1- Kit, Application forms(IMM 0008)
2- Submissions (Relationship questionnaire)
3- Police clearance (For both)
4- Schedule A (IMM 5669E?)
5- Travel history info form (IMM 5562E?)
6- Marriage license/certificate

Can someone please suggest me what is Submissions(Point 2) Relationship Questionnaire that need to be uploaded?

And also for points 5 IRCC has not clearly specified the form number. Is IMM62E the correct one?

Ircc has asked PCC for both. I was there in Canada in 2018-19 for one year.Do I need to get PCC for my Canada stay as well?

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanks!!
