Hi,

I want share my updated information. I had re-medical for my wife. In this re-medical, it was sputum test - TB test.

now on 12th - all reports are normal and did final chest x-ray... that is all done.

Now waiting for my passport to get back with VISA stamp.

09 Working in canada and has requested for a special speed up to return to Canada with VO.
10 First Medical request & passport request - 20th May 2010.Requested for the postponment as they were expecting their first baby
11 Query1 solved and send: 27 nov 2010. Last query (2) solved and send: DEC 15 2010.
12 mailing address missing with ND, sent again
13 got re-medical to spouse and completed on 12th March,2011
14 got re-medical to spouse
15 Passport returned for correction and resubmitted on 12th March,2011

1 have 1 query. I applied under NOC 0213. I got promotion today. My Job Title got changed, By My responsibilities will be same.

Do I need to inform ND VO ? If Yes then how ? I mean Do I need a letter from HR ? Or how to proceed.

Please advise.

If only title changes and job duties and Noc are same, you may skip informing the CHC. CHC is driven by your NOC code and job duties and not job title

Yeah missing address is not a big indicator, but in some cases a missing address this week resulted in status update the following week, so keep your fingers crossed
