True many May applicants waiting for re- medical .Yesterday many May applicants got PPR and DM.hopefully they send re- medical as well to pending MAY applicants soon.

What is Eligibility (2nd review scenario ), Will the same assigned visa officer have a look on the file or will be assigned to someone senior then him.

I did MP inquiry similar situations Re-meds done in last week of Feb.. they got reply stating still background checks not started which is why file is not yet complete but they didn't tell when they are going to start...its frustrating...

Planning to order notes again by 15th May.If I dont get re- medical.
