Additional info:
1) Email from MP's office mentioned it was letter (not email).
2) My wife never received AOR2 (letter or email).
3) My wife did receive Re-medical and Pre-arrival service info by email.
4) It is an Indian address.
5) I checked the address on CIC's website - it is correct.

My action:
1) I emailed MP's office and they will try to get more info (their turn-arround time is 2 days, where as for case inquiry it is about 1 month - correct me if I am wrong)

Question:
1) What's NDVO's email address? Is it DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca?

Since the re-medical was through email, the PPR should also be through email. Strange that they are sending letter for PPR. Did your wife check her spam folder?
That's correct that case specific inquiry may take time. Sometimes they may not even respond to an inquiry. Sending the inquiry and email are the backup options. Your first option is through your MP.

The email is correct. Also mark a copy to the email delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

They seems to be catching up with Pakistan 28 months .......

Hi deeplibran,

You can try to email the PMO and McCallum if you like but I spoke to my MP office(Liberal Party) this morning and they said the promise of reducing the spousal sponsorship is going to be seen in action by the end of this year. It doesnt affect our files in any way. They are hoping to have the back log cleared by the end of this year so that following applicants only have to wait about 6-8 months to get their sponsorship. I know it really sucks for all of us because the promises dont really apply to us but to the applicants after us. Maybe that is why the later half of the year applicants are hearing sooner from Immig versus the ones that applied earlier. IT would be really good for 2016 applicants, I suppose.

You need to enter principal applicant information also you have to fill the consent form for your wife so she can receive the notes.

Well I'm not cent percent sure but according to the previous members and their posts ,sending additional docs without their request may delay the processing of your application.

I read a post where one December 2014 applicant sent additional documents to NDVO (photographs ,call history ,boarding passes) of his recent visit to India and his application was delayed for good three months ,he ordered notes nothing was started when the following applicants (December 2014)were getting updates.
However he got remedical request in April 2015 and got PPR in 2 weeks.He later posted that he had no red flags and think the additional docs delayed the process for him .

it really nice to c applicant from September and now November are getting calls, but y only people from moth of june and july have to suffer from such discrimination. what is our fault. all the craze of marriage has ruined by these morons sitting inside NDVO. these guys really sucks. it shows their incompetency. if they are right on their side, then y the hell they dont communicate with people directly.

call karke dekho ehna saleya nu, it seems someone has recorded IVR on tape or phone and playing in it front of phone mic.

we r Indians, but seriously system in India and the way people work..... freakishly sucks...

It's really hard luck and we all can understand how it feels but be strong ,remaining time will pass quickly ,looking at the current trend you can expect interview letter till October 2015.
Don't send them additional documents now because it is highly unlikely that it can overturn the decision for waving interview ,rather save all the proofs (pics,boarding passes,bookings )for your interview because visits after marriage play a vital role in approving application
