I think SBDELHI is correct and the information on two different website is misleading. Its clearly 91 Days+ 8 Months it seems, although in reality for some of us the second time line is flexible.

On another note- Do anybody receive PPR request on Saturday?

dnt waste your time on case specific inquiry manorite.

the case specifc inquiry will stay in records and they ll only view this inquiry when they start processing your file like for e.g if you want to upload your medical or may be an important document that they might require for the case.....but in terms of PPR! case inquiry wont do any good to you.

When I applied, we were suppose to submit PCC for India and UK for my spouse. For some reason, UK PCC took long time to arrive and hence I decided to apply without UK PCC thinking that anyhow that will come in picture only when file gets transferred to Delhi. Once I received UK PCC I called customer care to ask when can I submit PCC. They told me to submit it when I get the file number. Hence I did the same. The day I received the file number, I couriered it to Delhi, it went to Delhi in two days. i hope thats fine and will not make any difference to my file.

I believe it should be fine coz anyway they ask for PCC with PPR if not already submitted....You u should be fine

I am wife of Canadian citizen.My husband submitted file under family class sponsorship for me as spouse & my dependent children on 30th December 2011. He received file back in Feb.2012 due to incomplete family background form of children who are above 18 yrs. He re submitted with necessary documents on 1st march 2012 received acknowledge letter from Mississauga.& status shown application received. An Email received by my husband on 28th June 2012 regarding his sponsorship eligibility & file send by them to Delhi.Me & dependent children are waiting eagerly for visa . Please tell us something.We want to be reunited after long separation.Till tpday we did not receive any message & the status still shows application received on 30th Dec. 2011.

Are you sure PPR has no bearing on the overall processing time at ND VO? If that's true, I would feel much better as I was thinking the actual countdown for Applicant processing starts after the PP reaches ND!
