Hello Guys i got recieve email request for RPRF and Biodata Update today....!!! Its says they attached a form BIODATA but is seems there no attached BioData form in the email..Where can i get this form? any idea guys?they want me to update Height and eye color.

One more email i recieve a form MEDICAL REPORT Client Biodata and summary. Does this mean MEDICAL REQUEST?

I called doctor's office today, and they said they uploaded my medical yesterday dec 5.
E cas still says nothing.
I'll probably have to wait for a while.

THanks to you guys! Wow This is the very Best gift that i recieve for my Bday december 6.......
I did pay the RPRF and used toby's biodata and send it to Ott-pillot

Cant have my medical done today though, its beeen 3 days that im having flu, cold and cough..
Do you idea guys if i will get a problem if i will do my medical 3 days after i take antibiotics?

I don't think you will have an issue with taking antibiotics. Just give the list of the antibiotics to your medical doctor. But better consult your medical doctor about them
