I have reseved another mail it says to pay the fees and biodata form and yesterday mail says that to pay fees , biodata form and send passport to Cpp what should I do I am confused please help

• Pay the fees, if you haven't done so already and send the receipt to the address mentioned in the email
• Send the biodata form to CPP-O
• and mail to passport to CPP-O as well

If you can't seem to fill the biodata form, I have a fillable PDF version on my website

download, fill out the form, save it and send to CPP-O.

As Toby suggested, send passport to Ottawa .

May be vo left a note to send rprf, bio and ppr. One clerk sent all. Second clerk would not have seen this communication and sent rprf and bio separately.

According to canadapost tracking, passports were delivered to Ottawa today . No signature though I had requested one. I sent to PO box 9780 address.

Yes, I used xpresspost. Thanks!

Called canadapost. They say that becuase it's delivered as a part of large volume, signature was not provided .
