hey guys I havent been around here lately, I just wanted to tell you that I got my Mr, Biodata and residence payment thing.

Which is good I know, BUT it doesnt make a lot of sense to me that they asked the residence payment if I havent sent yet my police records (due a law of my country I need them to request them first).

So all this mr, biodata and residence payment could be just automated mails. what you think please share thoughts about this....

hang in there btw Im from the 17 of january if anyone interested.

cheers

No, can be updated at any time, any day. First time I was successful in logging in to ECAS was at around 1pm, before
that, the last time I tried was around 11ish am. So it's not an overnight process, and it all happened on a wednesday.

I'm able to login. But I'm more curious as to when status such as medical received and decision made is updated ? Can that happen during the day ? I.e morning ecas is in process and evening it is decision made.

I had checked ecas on 3rd November at midnight (toronto time) - it was application received. Next morning, 4th nov @ 6 am - it was in process. I got MR and rprf on the same day.

Hi
I am a bit confused and need your help guys. I had made my uncle as my representative. The problem is he is not good with emails and I had missed on my AOR due to that and received it after a month. I had emailed CIO to make sure all correspondence emails to be sent on my email. Anyhow they said it will be updated.

Now I am worried to loose any email or request by CIC. What would you prefer. Shall I send a form to remove my representative or shall I email them again. Thanks in advance.

Use this form to cancel a representative:

Got ya, not sure about that, as my ECAS still says 'Application Received'.

Hi thanks. Can you tell me how to send the form for cancelling the representative? Do we have to send them a hard copy also? And will it have any affect on my processing time? Any idea?

You should start using google to look for answers as well.

Where to submit the form
If you have not yet submitted your application:

Send this form along with your application to the office listed in your respective application kit.

If you have already submitted your application:

Send this form to the office where you submitted your original application.

So I would, if possible email it to CPP-O and mail a hard copy to:

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

I remembering hearing on the call centre automated message that one can send the scanned form to rep @ cic.gc.ca . I think this might be the easiest option.

Hello Jan mates,

Any more MR, RPRF , PPR / decision made this week?

Please take a moment to update the forum and tracker !

Thanks.

shad86 ::
I did not send my police certs along with my application. I received my mr, RPRF and biodata on Nov 5th. A week later I received the request for police certificates. So you must receive the same as soon as they figure it's missing. good luck

eds1275 : I received my MR and Request for police clearance certificates.
