Hey guys

I ordered my gcms a month ago - they arrived today
The date generated shows as yesterday!!! ;D
Even though I was sent mr yesterday, my lawyer received it the day before so these notes are after mr was issued

Eligibility: in progress, recommend passed
Status by: ET6086

Security: not started (do we ever see in-progress on this?)
Criminality: in progress
Medical: sent

Notes are pretty straightforward saying I meet all criteria and my duties match etc etc - interestingly VO did web based search: "website appears professional and genuine"

Great! lpc . Can you may be tell us when did they start processing your application? Like you might see that in the section when actually did they make an update .

I ordered mine last month on 16th. I'm expecting mine anyday now - I'll keep you updated.

May I know when did you submit the request? Also, any progress with security and criminality ?

The notes were written on nov 12 just after noon - 10 mins later my MR was sent out

Hi lpc mate..FOA many congrats on your MR..I have one question for you, since I also appointed a representative, does that mean they send the MR/any other kind of doc request to both him and me? or is it just him? You mentioned you and your lawyer receiveing it..that is why the curiosity..I am afraid my representative does not check his email regularly..I am also worried they might only correspond to him for anything needed as he was the one who received the AOR via email and not me.

Everything goes through your lawyer - except gcms which you can order yourself.
What makes you think your lawyer doesn't check email regularly?

Yes, your consultant will be the communication person with CIC, not you as you have him as a representer on you app. Check with him regularly to make sure he looks at him emails.

Sorry, Read in a hurry.

Really surprised to see that you got rprf with recommended passed, even though I read somewhere in the op 25 that MR and rprf is sent after officer sets eligibility Passed.

Anyways, good for you!

As for criminality and security, I think they are set passed immediately after they get green flag from CSIS.

thanks for the replies guys..hope something comes up this month..positive or negative..I don't care..can't take this waiting game anymore....I will go back to my home and try to do something there .

Wow, thats a quite late thou. remember you have hired him to do your work and are paying him for that. So you have the right to ask him to check the emails regularly

Especially as there are deadlines to adhere to for the next stages

Completely in agreement with this....if you are paying them, then they should provide you with services that include updates at a reasonable timeframe. If they are not doing so, you should ask!
