Do you have control on that? I guess the answer is no. And obviously worrying will not help in anyway.

My application has been received by them on 17 Jan'2013
Actually I sent my appication without new updated forms (i.e. I included the previous forms). I'm just worried if they gonna send my application back or just ask me for additional new updated forms (Im008 schedule 8 and Document checklist)?
Even my CC has not been charged yet!! Please suggest what to do!!

We have controlled access to the tracker because someone tried to block us all out.
So if you want to add your info on the tracker, you can either share it here an ppl who have access can add it for you or you can message Andy with your gmail account and he will give edit access.

Looks like my credit card was charged today (available credit has gone down) but its not officially added to my transaction list. I will added to the tracker once its on my transaction list. I think this means they're taking applicants with old (Dec 2012) forms.

Any update on AORs for you guys (Jan Applicants)
Will be submitting my appli in lat feb (still waiting for BC for my husband to come). Would like to know the timeline for AOR based on you guys' experiences, because one of the PCCs for my husband (we have to submit 3 for him) will not be able to come before I submit my application. We are planning to send it after we receive AOR, and that's why would be helpful to know how long its taking for you guys to get AOR.
All the best...you guys have done a very good job for Jan applicants and its a great help for us, the followers...

As bahadur pointed out, right now (current pace) the AOR is approx 50 days from the date of submission. But it could stretch upto 3 months.

Hi guys..
I have a question. My husbandapplied on January 20th, 2013. He has 2 years full time experience - NOC B. His problem was IELTS tests.. He got just 5,5 points in avarage. In some of the parts 6,5, in writing - 4,5 points.
He sent his IELTS results with his application anyway. How do you think, CIC will refuse and send our application back to us or just wil ask to submitt new IELTS test?

To be qualified for skill level B:
minimum 5 point for listening, writing, and speaking, and minimum 4 for reading.
