need help in GCMS notes

hi,
i applied for pr in nov 2012 under noc 6211...last week i received my gcms notes.After reading this i got nervous because it shows problems in my case...can anyboy plz tell me that this is normal or i am in danger zone..i am posting the summary here..
work experience assessed under student stream.noc 6211 declared.letter dated#### confirms duties,position title and salary.letter provides a list of duties which appears to partly correspond to noc.it shows that PA spends her majority of time as a grocery clerk with some supervisor duties.a brief google search shows that ##### is a small establishment with no official website.2011 t4 from this employer shows reported earning of 13.4 k.review required.
i am working as a retail store supervisor for a grocery store and my duties are :
• Proper and organized display of items in the store for customer access
• Handling of cash on each business day and ensure that all the Money is accounted for at the end
• Check the inventory on frequent basis and make sure that the desired orders are placed.
• Keep accurate record of sales.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills for proper managing of store’s profit.
• Proper selection of items for resale
• Proper usage of customer service skills.
• To ensure that each customer is greeted & received friendly service at the store.
• Selection and procurement of the most demanding items in the market for sale
• Check that the store has proper opening and closing schedule.
• Supervision of staff
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules of store staff includes cashiers
can anyone plz help me in this one that i have chances of getting pr or there are more chances of refusal

Interesting to know that they google employers...
In my opinion, sounds like they just had some red flags. They probably going to check with your employer or may request additional documents.
I don't think you have to do anything except for maybe prepare for some additional documents to back up your employment there and wait for them to get back to you.

$14 per hour and employment covered period is 27 sep 2011 to 22 nov 2012....still m working on that position

If you applied for PR in Nov 2012, then your most recent T4 and notice of assessment(at the time) would have been for the 2011 tax year and only covered your gross salary from 27Sep2011 to 31Dec2011(assuming you only started working from 27Sep2011). This probably explains why your T4 only shows $13,400 that year.

Basically, your employment period extends into 2012 and at the time you applied, you could not have had your 2012 T4 and notice of assessment. You therefore should have included your paystubs from Jan 2012 to Nov 2012. Without this, the officer had no way of satisfying their concerns, hence the review. I believe they will request your 2012 T4 and notice of assessment.

agreed. they will probably ask for 2012 t4 and NOA. regarding the duties conforming to NOC, this could go either way per what is written in your GCMS notes.
