Couldn't agree more with you Suvan. CIC is the content authority. Take your time to follow the (often VERY CLEAR, specific) instructions that they provide in any correspondence. If confusion abounds even after reading the correspondence, then consult. but please TAKE THE TIME TO READ!!! The...

JasleenK: I also got my MR last week, but didnt get the RPRF payment request quasi-simulataneously as seems to be the norm around here. Did medicals on Tue so (hopefully) the final "stretch" of waiting begins. When are you slated to complete your medicals?

    November 2012 Applications

Hi Waiting: Was the wording in your letter mirrored exactly from what was on the HRSDC website? what was your NOC code? The good news is that with a fresh application that includes a properly written letter that does not mirror word-for-word the HRSDC requirements, then you are likely to...

    Application returned

Paying the fee online and including the fee payment receipt is always the best option. Providing a CC # is risky. Should fraudulent activity be detected on your card, OR if you lose your card, your CC company will cancel it and issue a new card number, resulting in CIC being unable to process...

GCMS Status :Review Required ( Help urgent)

my guess is they set "internal deadlines" for when certain steps have to be completed, so this essentially means your eligibility must be reviewed by Dec 2. Unclear as to whether this would be a final eligibility review.

GCMS Status :Review Required ( Help urgent)

Ahh, I see. I’m not sure what more you can do. I have an inkling you will be ok. Having status as “Review required” does not necessarily mean your application will be rejected. It just means further scrutiny is required. If both your letters include all the necessary info, and are verifiable...

GCMS Status :Review Required ( Help urgent)

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the credibility of the letters may be under question, given that two autonomous companies wrote you the exact same letter? Were both letters from the different companies 100% identical in content?
