Hi Ashu,

Thank you very much. But I have few doubts on this... according to your experience you think Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia are the onl three provinces where I can apply. Bt on Ontario page it mentions those with 400 + score only.... pls guide. Also I have just started my application part so I am quite new to lingos, sorry for that.

Can you please also tell me what is the difference between provincial PR and normal express entry PR.. ??

Ontario provides special discount in crs for IT applicants. They change their rules frequently. You can get proper information in relate links.
In direct federal ITA you can reach canada within 6 months. But PNP Supported program takes 12 to 14 monyhs

Thanks Ashu, your guidance is much appreciated.

I do a sales & marketing job and do not have an IT background.
Also if I take a PNP support for any state and wants to study in some other state can I do that ??
I mean what restricitions do you have on movement from one province to another either to study or for job hunt. Also does it impact your citizenship process as well if you move to some other province ?
