Need help ASAP, Additional documents requested.

I have been asked to send Scheduled A for my EE application. Not sure why, it's been a year since I submitted my application.

Anyways... I am trying to input all my data and my info doesn't fit in the fields provided. In the upload section of my profile, optional documents has no button for me to be able to attach extra documents. Could someone with similar experience tell me what to do in this case? Also was there something wrong with my original info and that is why they are asking for Scheduled A again?

I received an ADR in my PR application for schedule A , and I added another page at the back of the form with the extra lines for the information , printed it , signed it and scanned into one PDF document and submitted it. IRCC accepted it .

Is uploading an entire Scheduled A scanned ok? because I can't merge the two extra pages with a secured pdf (imm5669 - Scheduled A)
