Need advice from immigration lawyers or consultants! SINP

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working in a TEER 4 job and planning to apply for SINP (JAL) this July. My work permit expires in December.
I would like to ask: after getting SINP nomination and applying for PR, is there any stage (like AOR or BOWP) where my spouse can apply for an open work permit (inland)?
Or is TEER 4 not eligible at all, even after nomination?
If anyone has experience with a similar case, please share your timeline or advice.

What stream and NOC? Which of the 3 tier sectors are you in?

You have to meet requirements once you have applied for PR.
