ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hey vivmehta,
It is register my email. And dont worry u 100% get visa . May be tommorow or today u ill receive approval email and one thing i have seen and find thoes are got medical request they r got approval so dont woory good nwes will come

i have two questions:

1)if i do not receive any approval e-mail does it mean rejection?

2)At what time you receive your approval e-mail?like you received approval e-mail after your passport has been dispatched or before that?

Hi dear mine situation is also same like you.

applied date: 15th april 2013
medical req: 24th aug 2013
medical done:27th aug 2013
passport dispatched: 06th sep 2013....

and
i also did not received any approval email....

can you tell me what does it mean?

Nowadays, people are receiving email post dispatch of passport too. So dont worry yet.. You will have your passport in your hands by today. So you will know or you might even get the email before. Lets us know as soon as you receive the news!!!

Today morning i received email from chc my visa has been approved.
i would like to clear about one query to every one if ur passport validity is lees than 6 months don't worry about that they approve ur application you must have 6 months validity when u apply ya if ur spouse work visa validity is less than 6 months then they reject ur application.
i got only 5 months visa because my passport is going to expire on 11/02/2014 tats y i got only visa till date.

Dear Senior,

i need some advice and anyone's contact number,

My husband is on work permit valid upto 2014 His employer has applied for SINP approval in Jul2013

My tourist visa was rejected, So I am planning for spouse work permit.
Does my husband need to send any invitation letter.
Or I need to give any affidivate that I shall be returning back to India

as after Sinp we shall apply for PR.

I have collected all my education docs and work experince docs.

Do i need any leave from My office. Or leave of kids from school

Dont worry some time emial received after passport dispatched same like as mine. But one thing is positive in ur that u received medical request most of cases thoese received medical they r got visa. Best luck

On CIC site it says : "for faster processing submit application online". Does it really works; I don't think so because online applicants of July are still waiting for their medicals yet. In how much time the online applications complete?
