I hope you are doing well.I am back on this forum after almost 1.8 years seeking your help once again.
Currently i m working in canada and my work visa is about to expire in march'15.Since i m already a PNP nominee now and PR application already submitted therefore, i don't feel that the extension would be a problem.
My problem currently is that i plan to visit india in feb but unfortunately by then my work permit extension would arrive but the visa would be expiring on 15th feb only.Therefore, what do i need to do to play safe here.
1.Do i need to apply for work visa within canada before leaving canada based upon my PNP approval??
2.Will i not be allowed to leave india since my visa is expired if i don't apply for extension.???
3.what are the work visa timelines in canada if i apply within canada??
