Ok guys i have one major confusion now... i was under the impression that if i get PR thru a PNP program then i must live and work in that province for atleast 2 -3 years.
Is this understanding correct? Because i've just been told by a very experienced consultant friend that QSW has opened up and also that even if i apply thru QSW i need not necessarily live and work in Quebec..

Any inputs on this?

Can I request to attend an information session with a regulated profession? I am an Architect in my home country, and I get 72 points from New Brunswick PNP. Can anyone please advice, because, I'm worried with my NOC 2151 whether I'd be able to apply to any provinces?
