Mga sir naisip ko na medyo mahirap ata umasa if magkakaron ulit ng open category na info session ang NB eh dun lang ako makakapag pasa.

Correct me if im wrong and enlighten na din. May nabasa kasi ako na if maka obtain ka ng student permit eh pwede ka mag work 4 hours a day while studying saka pwede pa isama asawa with open work permit. Tama po ba? Thank you.

As far as i know pwede po yan na mag student visa ka then you could work part time for 4 hours a days. Yan din yung unang plan ko pero sa AB sana kaya lang hindi nag open yung course na kukunin ko dun sa AB kaya nag PNP na lang ako.

Alberta po. Pero mejo malaking amount ang kailangan mo na kailangan mag suffice for your 2 years study ska cost of living mo for 2 years

Q po for those nasa NB na, Family kase kame sa application w/ 2 Kids. Sa may mga first hand experience na po na andyn sa NB, ano suggestion nyo po sa pagpunta dyn, OK po ba lahat agad kame with two kids or Ako and Wife muna, sunod na lang sila pag medyo stable na?

Hi Sep1223, depends if your kids are still on school and the month to which you wanted to land. School here starts on September so you might want to consider this. Just remember that the PA must land first with or without his/her accompanying spouse and children. Dependents must also land here before the expiration of their medical. Almost all of my fellow batch landed here with their child/ren but some PAs opted to land first , look for a job then their respective families follows. Congrats on your PPR.

Hindi gawa ng naka-submit na ako ng EOI bago pa sila naglabas ng additional criteria. Mas maaga kasi time natin sa kanila. July 2, mga 9 ata ako nagsubmit, Philippine time pero sa NB mga July 1 pa lang dun ng gabi tapos Canada Day pa. Kaya nga sabi ni Sir Jake "it's too early to know" kasi di ba nag-iissue sila ng ITA 1-15 of the following month naman. So binigyan niya ako ng option to either wait for them to issue ITAs or mag-resend ulit ako through second priority in August 1-15 lahat yan.

daserock, malaking tulong ang information session kasi nasa Second Priority siya. abangan mo na lang yun site na naPM ko sayo.

Just registered here sa forum na ito.. so interested to attend the information sessions of NB. ask ko lang:
1. we can only register ba sa information session pag may schedule na posted sa website nila? kasi we are from Zamboanga pa and we need to secure tickets to go to cebu or manila.
2. dapat po ba na principal applicant ang mag attend ng information session or puede po representative/immigration consultant
