Hi, guys
My AOR is 11/5 2018. My application is stucked at reviewing eligibility(IP1) and nothing changed after the MP. I only got a HK PCC ADR on 23/5, and no signs showed they had received my PCC ADR. So I uploaded HK Police Receipt from my portal to IRCC. The ADR status changed to : The AD you provided have been uploaded. And nothing happened after that.
Few months ago(after waiting six months), I got my GCMS. Nothing started except reviewing my eligibility. I was under Review Requied for POF and my case was assigned to cb01126 in Sydney VO. Guys, do you have any suggestion about my application. It seems that the waiting is endless if your case has been assigned to cb01126. My case is PNP of Saskatchewan.
Thank you very much! I and my wife are feeling so helpless right now.

Just to let you know, you are not alone in this. There are many that have passed the 6 months mark with several months.
Especially for cases that have in the past months ended up in the Sydney office. So they have a backlog right now to deal with.
But I understand your feeling!

When was your GCMS notes genereted?
Have you mailed Sydney to see what is causing the delay? Or have you raised a cse? Have you called IRCC?
Unfortunately the only thing you can do is to keep contacting them till your file moves to the next step.

hi, I have very similar case like yours. my AOR is june 7, 2018. Case assigned to cb01126 and VO in Sydney as well. stucked at RR due to POF since July 5, 2019.

have you checked your admissabilities part, who you're assigned to and your due date? mine is assigned to RC-6262 with due date of June 21, 2019. :/

feeling disappointed as its taking them too long to process our application.

The only reason that your application would take that long is beacuse there might be something fishy about documents you have originally provided and/or any details of your application.

Now, this delay isn't bad nor is it good, it could be due to congestion or your file just got lost in the pile.

Funny thing is , you are unable to officially ask the government to force process this application and hence you really can't do much beside calling to follow up and order notes till you are cleared.

I hope your case is solved at the nearest

My GCMS was generated on 31/12/2018. I tried to call IRCC but the line was always busy. I contacted IRCC with webform, but the reply was very official. By the way, how to raise a cse?

Thank you. These days I was really confused, so I checked all documents I had uploaded to them. Basically every document had been processed by Saskatchewan in the previous stage, I only updated thses documents' date.
Anyway, thank you very much.
