Regarding MPNP EOI Ranking Points, one of the criteria is "ongoing employment in Manitoba for 6 months or more with long-team job offer......". Can I know how to define long-team job offer? How many years? or it means permanent job offer? If I only have 2 years PGWP, is it possible to get a long-team job?
