ok but when my brother in law filling his application what should he write close relative or distant relative

Hi Yours,

I think if your Brother in law is the one to sponsor your sister. It is considered to be a General Stream.

To be considered a close relative, a Manitoba Supporter must be related to the applicant (or the applicant's spouse) in one of the following ways:

sister or brother
niece or nephew (ie. child of your sister or brother)
aunt or uncle (ie. brother or sister of your mother or father)
first cousin (ie. child of your aunt or uncle)
mother or father
grandmother or grandfather

I sent to them last week and they reply they sent the desicion letter in 24 December , with no interviews and I didn't receive any thing, i feel so stressful as I think it's Ineligible decision.

Pray for the best. Let's hope its a favorable decision. Kindly inform us the decision so I could update your Timeline.

Is there any case that they send LOA with no interview for both applicant and sponsor , GS?

There is a case before where the sponsor nor the applicant was not interviewed hence the applicant received the LOA. Although, it was a Family Stream(FS).

Hi you might want to check your spam mails too. I think i have read before that LOA is sent through post mail and ineligible letter is sent through email. Let's hope that yours is LOA. Good luck! God bless.

Guys,
I need your help. Has anyone ever applied to TWO provinces for nomination at the same time? If yes, was there any positive/negative effect on your applications? Also, if you come across such issue in the past, what does your experience say in this matter? If an applicant qualifies to apply to two PNP programs, can he do that or he has to chose one only?

Please share your experience and input will be highly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking time to read my query & would really appreciate if you can help me on this.

My husband is the principal applicant of our MPNP which we applied online last June 2013.
We went to the US thereafter & I applied for a student visa with my husband as a dependent.

My questions are these:

If approved by MPNP & CIC:
1. can we have our medical exams with an accredited doctor here in the US, instead of Manila which is our visa office?
2. can we also secure our police clearance here?
3. can we submit our passports for visa stamping in the Canadian Embassy here in the US, instead of in Manila?

Would really appreciate your replies.

Thank you.

You can do your medical in USA.
You can approach to embassy of your country and the embassy of the country that you lived legally for more than six months in USA to get your police certificate. You do not require police clearance for USA if you havent spent six months while you submit however, I would cross check with FBI for this one.
You can only submit passport to your local visa office that you will mention in your application. If you have legally spent more than one year in USA then your local visa office will be CPP Ottawa.

hello guys

i'm currently filling up my mpnp application online, specifically, the work history part.
i've been working for my company for 15 years already.
my question is, do i have to input all the different positions i have handled since i joined the company?
if so, then i will have to add several fields but all concerning just one company?
or do i just key in my latest position and just upload my service record which details all the positions
i have handled since i started working for the company?

thanks so much

3. can we submit our passports for visa stamping in the Canadian Embassy here in the US, instead of in Manila? No, you will be submitting your passport for visa stamping in Manila via courier.

Would really appreciate your replies.

Thank you.

It might better to put them all under one field as it is one employer, because you would be needing to add certificate of employment for each field. In which you are probably just going to get one from your employer stating the different positions you have had in that company.
or do i just key in my latest position and just upload my service record which details all the positions
i have handled since i started working for the company? YES, you state the latest one, but you have to provide details of the other positions on your certificate of employment and at the additional information box (provided on the application form)

thanks so much
