This is your answer..( Refer to SETTLEMENT PLAN PART 2)

CLOSE RELATIVE:You may support more than one applicant at a time - provided you demonstrates the ability to do so

FRIENDS OR DISTANT RELATIVE : You must not be currently supporting the settlement of another MPNP applicant,nominee or person under another Canadian immigration program.(This applies to household;ex:if you are supporting an applicant ,your spouse cannot be manitoba supporter of another application.

Anyone knows any update of August' 2013 sponsor's interview? Or we are still waiting. My passion temperature is getting out of control. Application was made on 22nd August' 2013..from London...it's bit painful can not sort UK situation neither Manitoba's situation......Thanks...

No updates for August 2013. The last update made by an applicant who submitted his application on Jun 2013. Based on the Timeline your application is Sept 22. Kindly clarify.

We are planning to apply (online) under FS. Our passport (Me & my husband) will be expired on August 2014 and we will renew before August 2014 as we are here in Doha Qatar and it takes 1 month before we receive the new one. Is it okay to apply with the present passport as we are planning to apply on May or June 2014?Please advise.

FYI.

My sponsor was interviewed last Nov 6, 2013 and until now we still did not receive letter from them.

I sent a follow up email yesterday and got a reply:

Greetings,

The letter was sent to your mailing address on November 27th, 2013 by regular mail.

Sincerely,
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

I will reply to them that we did not receive any letter and request if they can send again the result.

For those who are also waiting for the result, I suggest to do the follow up also.

You still have about 2-3 months on your passport before you apply. It won't be a problem as MPNP isn't the authority who will issue your visa. They will only pre-approve your application for an immigrant visa.

You don't need to renew it as soon as possible. MPNP takes around 5-6 months (sometimes more) to be approved. Applying for a visa takes another 5-6 months (sometimes more as well) after LOA. Most of us renewed our visa when it was about to expire or after our medicals were taken.
