Hi everyone.I need your help regarding my case.I am prepping to lodge my application by June but I have a concern that deters me to file our appln to MPNP.My husband is currently in the US and has overstayed.Although he has entered the US legally he is out of status for almost two years. These are our concerns:
a.Would it be helpful if we declare his current status( I have read from previous posts that there were Skilled Workers from other countries who went to the US and overstayed and yet they were given PR visa upon appln to Canada)
b.If we declare his current status, can we consider his current employment a valid experience?
c.What is the best possible action that will not cause refusal on my part as the principal appicant.
I have two first cousins in Manitoba who will sponsor us and I am a professional. My husband is a skilled worker and has worked as a US civilian contractor in Iraq before he went to the US.

Hello Frends i need little help!
I would like to introduce myself by this mail and please consider our dilemmas. We are a young married couple from the Republic of Macedonia who wants to immigrate to Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. In the last year we are making all the preparations to make our wish to come true. We have selected Winnipeg we found it interesting and it has lots to offer to people like us. Therefore we need to know some of the conditions and whether we comply with them. We checked them on Internet but recently there were some changes that honestly we do not completely understand. In our case I'm 25 years old and I would like apply for an immigration visa. I finished the secondary (4 year High School) for nurses, major medical technician, and also I graduated in legal studies on Law Faculty, major specialist in judicial studies (4 years). I have 4 years working experience in a private practice in a dental studio as assistant nurse. Currently I work on my knowledge of English Language and I am not employed. I have already passed the IELTS with band score 4, My husband is 27 years old and he finished the secondary (4 year High School) school for geodetic technician and is enrolled at the Faculty for Road Traffic Security, and he has working experience of more than 4 years and is currently employed as Sales Assistant.
We have close family friends who has lived in Winnipeg for almost 10 years and they committed themselves to help us to settle and to overcome the difficulties and they will be signatories of our settlement plan. What about the money do i need to keep my money in bank for three months or i can put for one day and get the documents, and take out , that provides that i have the money ?? As I mentioned above I have passed the IELTS but I am not quite sure whether it is the same as CLB exam and what score is sufficient according to this exam. Please let me know if I am required to take the CLB exam or the score that I have in IELTS will be sufficient as evidence of my knowledge of English language. I would like to know the points that I will acquire for this result. I have also certificates for basic knowledge of German and Spanish.Pls HELP !! i em confused

I should think that you age and education would count. But you could probably improve your band score in IELTS. Your band score in IELTS has a CLB equivalent, so you don't have to take anymore tests. The German and Spanish languages does not count.
For me, as long as you reach the 60 points, and you have willing sponsors, I think you should be able to get approved.

Hello.. Im preparing my supporting documents for my MPNP application. I am planning to apply this comming May. I would like to ask my fellow Filipinos here, if we need our Educational Credentials to be Red Ribboned? Thanks in advance. =)

No need. I advise that you apply ONLINE in which processing is much faster than by mail.

Hi guys,
I have some good news ... last Friday, April 5th, I got an email from MPNP asking me for additional documents about my school, they asked for translated official transcripts showing duration of program and all courses taken. They gave me till April 15th to submit the documents. I just emailed them
Could you please update these info in the sheet?
I guess they are checking applications sent in January.
Good luck to everybody
