2) can i show my fathers's property in Settlement Fund Doc

3) how many band in IELTS require bcz i am back office manager.

It should be enough to arrive at 60 point cut off, I think 4-5 band score will do.

Kababayans, I need ur expertise regarding my concern. I am set to lodge an application for MPNP but is also concerned on these matter:
1.My husband has overstayed in the US for almost two years and is working as a caregiver.
2.Would it be proper, to declare his current status? I have read from forums that there were several cases of illegal aliens in the US who were granted PR visa in Canada.
3.What is the best possible plan of action which will not result to the refusal of my application as the principal applicant.

I am a professional here in the Philippines and has a solid experience in teaching and food service mgt. My husband is a skilled worker and has worked for the USACE in Iraq for six years before deciding to go to the US.

How long it will take to answer me back with the interview?
After the interview and god willing to get the LOA what I am gonna submit for him ( which documents ) and is it originals or copies and can I send it from Canada by myself but after he signs them or he has to send them by himself?

Hello! I am planning to submit my application for MPNP-General Stream this coming May but I have a few questions which I hope you can help me with.

First, can I use my old (the one originally given after I graduated in 2006) Transcript of Records or should I get a new copy from my university.

Second, I have taken up Master of Business Administration but failed to complete it. I only have a total of 27 units. Should I include a Certificate for that also?

Lastly, do they really need 6 months bank statement for the proof of funds? Will it cause a problem if I have only acquired the required funds this month (I only transferred the funds from my mom's bank account)?
