I am currently on H1B in US and has valid visa for Canada W1 - Intra Company Transfer. My H4 dependent does not have any visa for Canada. I want to start work in Canada by June 2024 and planning to start Spose Visa process now from US only. Please guide what all options i have.
Also please guide when i move to Canada, will by H1 and H4 be revoked same day or my spouse will have 60 days grace period to move to Canada. I am hoping till then my spouse canada visa will also be approved.
What is current spouse visa processing time in Canada?
