no evidence of them being extra strict but analysts at Montreal seem to be a little bit inexperienced or strict/weird (whatever you may want to call it) with work ex documents. They have put quite a few people in review required based on work ex documents especially if salary information is missing. But none of these cases have faced extra delays if proactive action has been taken to provide additional documentation.

Hey, I did sent it through UPS to the same PO Box address on 24th. However, UPS returned the package to me on 28th saying "Cannot deliver to PO Box Address".
@smcan2014 was successful though.. UPS delivered his package just fine.. I am planning to send mine tomorrow with FedEx

@mm062 has not been active for long. My guess is may be he has his PPR already but we don't have confirmation. The other two are definitely active and still waiting.
The other thing common in Anne and Sirjoe's case is both are inland candidates. For some unknown reason Montreal was delaying inland applications more than outland ones. However, many inland candidates in May and subsequently in June did not see such delays. There is no way of telling what is causing these delays and that is the worst part.
But, I'm quite certain that in coming week we will definitely see movement in July (and ghost updates from June).
Hi Adeife, My Eligibility was passed on Nov 19 and moved to ip2 same date. Security started on that date too.
Gmcs shown 3months gap between note 2 and note 1. And another 3months from Note 1 to the date Eligibility passed.
Now that I sit in security check for about 6 weeks already, I started to worry it is SS. Have you ever seen anybody pass Eligibility in after 7months of waiting and then another 9 -18months in SS? Most cases who are stuck in SS got their Eligibility passed very early after AOR. Any comment and input are highly appreciated.
I don't think you are in security screening.
Like you said, all the cases of security screening i have seen had their eligibility passed within 2 months post AOR.
