Next time you call....Start with "Bonjour Mademoiselle" in soft voice. I did this last time and it worked for me. Customer Care answered all my questions with patience but that was couple of months back.

No any news. Based on what I konw, the new letters are usually send to my apartment on Monday and Thursday. But this Monday is the ...day. If I cant get the CSQ at 3.30PM, I will give a call to MIDI to check my status...

NO problem. I guess that we can get the medical requested on the end of this year, maybe on 24, DEC, 2016. not later than the next march..

Use the number of NA008..... which you get in the email, where MIDI ask for sending your documents...

Congrats POLYING....so I was totally wrong..about the time frame..they are issuing it earlier than expected..Hope to hear more in the coming weeks..!!!
