Missed the deadline - Bio metric fee

Hello All,
i have submitted case for my wife for sponsorship to Canada. She got email on March 26, 2019 to submit bio metric fee and deadline was till April 26, 2019. however that email went to junk box and she didnt read the email. she checked email today and its passed 4 month from deadline. what are my options are now ? should i pay the fees or who should i contact ? what IRCC take actions for this ? she didnt get any email after that .. PLEASE HELP !!!

I heard they will dismiss my case and i have to submit everything from scratch.. is it true ? And thanks for the reply

You should be fine. If they do refuse the app based on the missed biometric request, you can involve your MP and request it be reopened.
