I'm looking for some advice regarding my IRCC application.
Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to complete my biometrics and medical exam. I was monitoring my personal email where I got my AOR but I realized I got the request letters on a different email. The deadline was 5 January! I regularly check the PR portal which currently states "under process". I'm planning to submit a web form to explain my situation and request an extension or reconsideration.
What steps should I take now?
Also, what documents should I include with the IRCC web form? So far, I'm thinking of attaching:

- Any supporting documents (if applicable) that explain the delay.
- Proof that I've booked or completed my biometrics and/or medical exam (if available).
