An additional piece of ID was requested thru email for my minor child 2 weeks ago. I sent the Additional ID immediately within 2 days and also confirmed if this has reached thru the Web form query. ( I got an response from the IRCC official that they have received the Additional ID )
However in the Citizenship tracker, I still see the below message. Its been about 10 days now since I sent the email. Any idea when this will change ? Should I do anything from my side? please let me know
