Did you already email mexico? Now is all up to fame is final steps
Yup sent them a PDF of the CSQ , replied to the email they sent on February 14th this year asking for CSQ, well now they have. Is the only thing they asked so. Hope the officer has put in internal notes that when CSQ is received... Recommended pass pre arrival. I guess we'll know in a few days....

This process is so ridiculous we are now 13 months out. Recieved an email today to book an appointment for BIO-METRICS.
  • Date Received: April 15, 2019
  • Biometrics:
    • Biometrics Number: **************************
    • Date of Biometrics Enrolment: February 14, 2019
    • Expiry Date: February 14, 2029
This is what CIC shows when we login and check the status of our application. Why does my wife need to redo her bio-metrics? The VAC is closed til further notice. This is ridiculous.

Permanent residence applicants
You’ll need to give your biometrics and pay the fee each time you apply, even if you gave your biometrics in the past for another application.

We received our Pre-Arrival Services letter on April 11th. I don't know if our interview was waived or if we were not schedule for an interview. We have not heard anything after that. With the embassy essentially shutdown except for emergency services I am not expecting that we will hear anything until that changes.

I'm not sure how much "pre-arrival letter" has to do with the completion of your application these days. We received ours on Jan. 7th, 2020, don't have any interview schedule that we are aware of and still we sit and wait. I realize Covid-19 is playing havoc with all our lives, but couldn't MVO have done something before everything went to hell in our lives at the end of March??!

Hi, this has happened before to other people i remember, its an error from them. Just send them your biometric number and application number applicant name uding webform and if possible attach a snapshot of the gckey . Tell them you already done it last year.

They will relook at your file and will move on to the next step. Thats good news for you guys. Good luck

That's cause they don't really care to be honest.

When it's not your life that is on stand-by you don't react the same to this... and those agents are in that situation where they are protected. Even if it's long , the system and government is backing them up so... why pushing. and now Covid....gives them a gold excuse

Quebec is been the same . i knew what was coming and deadlines... tried to get it fast before expiration and closing of borders but no.... only got CSQ this week. so yup... we are stuck for as long as offices are not reopened...

Most of the people who are here have been waiting for more than 15 months, so it is most likely that you will not hear news soon.

we have a similar timeline. Medical was done March 12, 2020 appeared “passed” in GCKEY in May 1, 2020. No other updates since then. Am hoping PPR is soon as we have pre arrival and eligibility passed.

I received an email today from Mexico VO indicating they are not working on paper apps and that they are supposed to hear further about return to work in June.

How do you know if pre arrival and eligibility are passed? You got your notes report?
