My criminal record expire in August and my app was not even at Mexico yet ...it was at Canada still

In central america is 90 days valid. (Ministerio de Justifia)

So obviously the one we sent in February 2019... gonna be expired... *sigh* this process is just whatever

We got those papers November 23th 2018 to match the checklist before sending and finally sent app in February 2019. They were already expired!!!

And did you pay them???because we in Cuba spend like 80 $ just to get them

Was like 3.00$ USD there + 5.00$ USD for Foreign affairs stamp and authentification.

If i knew.. i would have said f*** that gonna wait for them to request in ... 12 months still.

It's not a question of money.. it's not expensive , is to find the time to go my wife is a doctor there and the office is not that close to her place.


Btw just asked my wife... yes she signed a form with reason of asking for criminal records but they don't give copy there , you just sign and that's it. (Reason : Immigration , showing to Canadian embassy IRCC)

Is just totally none sense.... of course if we are sent to VO in October ALL is expired on it !

They were almost already expired at arrival in February or so ! Never they mentioned any during their validation in Sydney , like please get a new one or wait for transfer and get this paper blabla... nothing

And pretty sure we'll have to go through that again when Mexico wake up and be at our turn...

Yeah..my husband and I have the same opinion...idk when this nightmare will end for all of us..and I know you are needing it more because you are before me...I just wish all will be over soon!!! I pray God every day.

Heard that the average when you are sent to Mexico is like 13,14 sometimes 15 months(overall from start) cause... for sure when they START to work on your file. you better responds directly super fast ha !!! (They give most of times 15 days). It's not that easy to do so.. and get the papers on time.

The reward for having sent all super clear , complete and nice app a year before ... now having in mind to restart the Police clearance most probably...and again fees $$$ for the translation at the latest minute...is just a business.

On my side i'll be at 12 months in... 23 days.

Yeah people are talking about the contracto papers. Not sure if anybody had to re do the criminal check?
It is really expensive if we have to do it again and again. I hope they do not ask to re do it.

Criminality ?? According the ATIP notes (from June 2019) .. those checks are all completed since LONG.....Biometrics is good for 10 years.

Was all good , completed passed.

But if they need the same papers of eligibility... *sigh* of course those are expired... anticipating to have to request new ones.
