Hi guys...My medical was done last April and I have an ITA now...Is it absolute certain that six months has to be valid on the medical exam at the time of eAPR?

Apparently yes . Under the new rule starting jan 2015 the medical result must be valid for at least Six monthe at the time of application . I did mine March this year but had to redo now because it's not valid . Even thought if u call cic customer care they say it's valid for a year. I didn't Wana take chance so I redid it .

Yes, just seen this now, CIC say on their website that it must be valid for six months at time of application.

The six month rule makes sense if you think about it. They promise people that they try to finish all processing within six months so assuming that they can meet their own standards that would guarantee that your medicals are at least valid until the processing of your case is finalized.
