Im currently on visitor status and have received my ITA. I have a couple of questions and would appreciate your guidance:

  1. Medical Exam: Do I need to take a new medical exam, given that my previous medical exam is still valid within the 5-year policy?
  2. Current Residency: For my application, what should I list as my current residency—my home country or Canada?
  3. Mother’s Residency: My mother is in Canada on a super visa. For her application, should her current residency be listed as Canada or her home country?

Additional context: I returned to my home country in July 2025 after my PGWP expired, and then came back to Canada as a visitor in Sep 2025

1. Kindly apply for the PCC from home country and not from canada. You need to be back to home country ASAP.
2.Medicals if you had given during your study and work and if it falls in 5 Yr window then no need of medicals again.
3.Current country of residence has to be Canada for your mother.

PCC I already applied in my home country.
Why need to be back home?
Yeah, my old medical exam lie in 5 year window.
Im thinking to apply for visitor record once i get AOR.
But for me as a visitor in Canada my current residency will be my home country?
